At NFM Group, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency, and respect for human rights and applicable laws.
We encourage anyone who becomes aware of potential misconduct to report their concerns. This whistleblowing channel is available to employees, contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

What can be reported?
You are encouraged to report concerns related to potential violations, including but not limited to:
- Corruption, bribery, or fraud
- Breaches of laws or regulations
- Violations of human rights
- Unsafe or harmful working conditions
- Harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior
- Environmental violations
- Breaches of internal policies or the NFM Code of Conduct

Reports can be submitted anonymously. Please be aware that choosing to remain anonymous may restrict our ability to conduct a thorough investigation or to obtain additional information. If you wish to remain anonymous, we recommend that you provide as detailed a description of the matter as possible.
