Webflow operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows us to design and manage the website. Webflow automatically generates and hosts the website’s HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It is also possible to export the website code and host it externally, independent of Webflow’s hosting infrastructure.
In connection with the use of Webflow, personal data from website users may be transferred to and processed in the United States. The European Commission issued an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023 under Article 45(1) of the GDPR concerning the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. To ensure that the processing of personal data complies with applicable data protection regulations, NFM has entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Webflow in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant.

RECRUITMENT DATA
NFM Group AS (hereinafter “we”, “our”, “us”), as the data controller, is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who apply for job opportunities with us. This Recruitment Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data during the recruitment process.
Data Collection and Legal Basis
