Webflow

We use Webflow to develop and host this website. Webflow is a product provided by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.

Webflow operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows us to design and manage the website. Webflow automatically generates and hosts the website’s HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It is also possible to export the website code and host it externally, independent of Webflow’s hosting infrastructure.

In connection with the use of Webflow, personal data from website users may be transferred to and processed in the United States. The European Commission issued an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023 under Article 45(1) of the GDPR concerning the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Based on this decision, personal data may be lawfully transferred to certified companies in the U.S. without requiring additional safeguards or exceptions. Webflow is certified under this framework. To ensure that the processing of personal data complies with applicable data protection regulations, NFM has entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Webflow in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant.

The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with the use of Webflow is GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in providing, maintaining, and securing our website.

Forms

RECRUITMENT DATA

NFM Group AS (hereinafter “we”, “our”, “us”), as the data controller, is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who apply for job opportunities with us. This Recruitment Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data during the recruitment process.

Data Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal information is collected based on your freely given consent and may also be processed where necessary for evaluating your application or complying with legal obligations. We only collect and process personal data relevant to the recruitment process, including (but not limited to) your CV/resume, cover letter, employment history, education, qualifications, references, background check information (if applicable), interview notes, and assessment results.

Data Processing

We process your data to assess your qualifications, communicate with you during the recruitment process, conduct interviews and assessments, verify information, and maintain necessary records. Processing may also be based on our legitimate interest in managing an effective recruitment process or to take steps prior to entering into an employment contract.

Data Retention

Your data will be retained in our recruitment system for 12 months from the date of application, unless you withdraw your consent earlier. Data processing based on consent that took place before the withdrawal remains lawful.

Data Sharing

We will only share your data with individuals involved in the recruitment process, such as HR, leaders, or key employees.

Data Processor
