We are NFM
We are a modern company that specialize in high quality ballistic protection products. We manufacture the lightest helmets with modern attachment system pattern, which are best in class. We also produce combat gear for special forces and specialize in body armor.

We are producing 360 degrees protection system for full body and for all weather conditions. Our system is focused on maximizing thermal comfort of human body, keeping low weight and providing full ballistic protection.

Talent Development Program
Every year, 12 NFM employees whom Senior Management believe have potential to advance within the organization and be the leaders of the future are selected to participate in NFM’s Talent Development Program, which provides participants with a broader understanding of both the company and the industry. Each section of the program is delivered by a specialist in their field, giving participants the chance to learn from some of the most experienced people in the business.

Corporate Social Responsibility
NFM’s Nordic Lifestyle campaign comprises a range of activities aiming to improve the quality of life of both NFM employees and the wider community, with the positive impact felt far beyond the factory walls.
The strategy is expressed under four categories, namely nature, sports, lifestyle and equality of opportunity, with activities such as sporting contests supporting local teams and promoting healthy eating through outreach programs in schools. We are naturally extremely proud of the role that NFM plays in the local community.
