Hexonia GmbH, part of NFM Group since 2022, develops and produces combat clothing and ballistic protective equipment for soldiers and security forces. Specializing in holistic clothing systems, Hexonia ensures maximum protection, functionality, and comfort by coordinating each layer, from underwear to combat jackets. Their main production facility, a 12,000 sqm site in Nettetal, Germany, also houses advanced machinery for textile processing and head protection manufacturing, with additional operations in Thum-Jahnsbach, Saxony.

Hexonia GmbH has been a part of NFM Group since 2022. They develops and produces combat clothing and ballistic protective equipment for soldiers and security forces.

NFM Poland Sp. z o.o. is our 13,100 sqm textile and ballistic production facility in Lebork, Poland, serving as a hub for R&D, design, production, and international sales of NFM products. Continuously updated with new machinery and robotics, the facility focuses on automating production processes. NFM Poland also manages a 3,300 sqm facility in Pleven, Bulgaria, producing both heavy and light textiles for THOR™ systems and GARM™ uniforms.

NFM Technology AS
NFM Technology AS is located at our headquarters in Ski, Norway, and serves as the Group’s centre of excellence for strategic R&D, supporting all the above business units. Our expertise lies in delivering engineering and research services, both internally within the Group and to government-funded programs.
Our ballistic testing laboratory is fully equipped and staffed to meet all leading industry standards. Additionally, we operate a production line for high-end ballistic composites, leveraging our innovative technology known as FREC-2™.

The NOR Development Group consists of various trading companies for tactical equipment for the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior, and other government departments. The division is the service provider for NFM’s subsidiaries in Norway and Sweden attending to all administrative tasks. Coordination of operations is ensured by a team of a highly qualified team situated centrally at the NFM Group headquarters in Ski, Norway.
