Morten is joining Equipnor AS on August 1, 2023, bringing a unique blend of military and commercial experience that is ideally suited to our industry."My background from the armed forces, combined with my sales career, makes Equipnor stand out as a very professional and interesting place to work," says Morten. A journey from the military to private B2G sector

Morten's impressive career began in 1999, when he stepped into the world of the Norwegian Armed Forces. He served two years in His Majesty the Kings Guards before joined the Norwegian Military Academy in Oslo, a prestigious institution where he applied his skills in physical education, military winter training, and hand-to-hand combat."The time I spent at the Academy was incredible, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in such diverse areas of military training. It was truly formative," says Morten about his tenure at the Academy.In 2017, Morten ventured into a new professional chapter, applying his military-acquired discipline to the corporate world. For six years, he found himself working in the B2B fitness industry, partnering with some of the world's most recognized brands such as Life Fitness."It was an exciting phase. Collaborating with global brands brought a new dimension to my career. It ignited my desire to learn more and to contribute to the growth of the business," Morten explains. Away from work, Morten enjoys spending time with his family.
