Manufactured using proprietary processes known as FREC-2™, the NFM-US Helmet system known as Gunnr was designed for the end user who deserves the best level of comfort and protection. FREC-2™ is next generation technology in ballistic equipment manufacturing which results in lighter weight shells offering extra comfort without the loss of ballistic protection. Lighter weights in personal protective equipment helps reduce fatigue often experienced by end users donning personal protective equipment.

In developing the next generation of ballistic protection NFM U.S. is a joint venture founded by legends in the industry. NFM Group, FirstSpear, Final Forge, and V0 Solutions, Well-respected pioneers of ballistics plates, helmet technology, and soft body armour. NFM applied their own exclusive manufacturing process to the information gathered in working with the leaders in industry. The result is disruptive to the ballistic protection industry.
